ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guiding employees to excel in sales and the Laser Clinics way
• Cultivating a positive, high-performance culture
• Expertise in skin, LED, laser, and Skinstitut products
• Developing your team's expertise in specialised product knowledge
• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients
• Assisting in clinic operations including rostering, banking, and end-of-day procedures

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Demonstrated experience as a successful Experienced Therapist
• Outstanding customer service and sales skills with a focus on achieving targets
• Management experience highly valued
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a positive team culture
• Experience in advanced Laser and skin treatments desirable
