What You’ll Do

Lead People Strategy Execution:

• Partner with senior leaders and local management teams to deliver people-focused strategies.
• Collaborate with the Group People, Medical, and Capability (PMC) team to embed and align key initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employment relations, compliance, and organisational development.

Drive HR Operational Excellence:

• Manage industrial and employment relations to ensure compliance with legislation and standards.
• Develop and implement HR processes that improve efficiency across the ANZ market.
• Lead culture, values, and engagement programs, fostering a strong and professional workplace culture.

Foster Stakeholder Relationships:

• Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, including support office departments and franchisees.
• Collaborate with external HR service providers to deliver impactful people programs.

Champion Compliance and Reporting:

• Coordinate pay and conditions audits, ensuring compliance with employment laws and industrial instruments.
• Report on key HR metrics and trends to drive data-informed decisions.
• Educate stakeholders on industry trends and changes in employment law.

Ensure Workplace Safety:

• Promote a safe work environment, adhering to Work Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS) policies.

We’d Feel WOW if You Have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management.
• 5+ years’ experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced, standalone role.
• Expertise in employment law, industrial relations, and compliance within ANZ.
• Knowledge of franchising or the aesthetics, beauty, or retail industry is advantageous.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and organisational change.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and reporting tools like Oracle, SAP, or WFS.
