Lead Brand Strategy for a Global Aesthetics Leader

Laser Clinics Group, the world’s largest cosmetic clinic brand, is searching for a strategic and agile Senior Brand Manager ANZ to lead our brand presence across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing ANZ and supported by a Marketing Coordinator, you will drive the execution of brand and local area marketing initiatives that inspire confidence and deliver business results.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute local area marketing (LAM) initiatives and national campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support clinic performance across ANZ.
• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including creative development, print production, and in-clinic execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
• Provide hands-on marketing support for new clinic launches, events, and promotional activations in collaboration with Franchisee Partners and Regional Managers.
• Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver social media, PR, and influencer activity aligned to the marketing calendar.
• Analyse campaign results, competitor activity, and market trends to report on performance and guide future strategy.
• Build strong relationships across the business and franchise network to ensure effective communication and consistent brand execution.

We’d Feel WOW if You Have:

• 5+ years of brand marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience within beauty, aesthetics, or retail industries (franchise experience a bonus).
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing (highly regarded).
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High emotional intelligence, creative thinking, and detail orientation.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
