Executive Assistant and Events Manager
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant / Events Manager to support our dynamic Executive team and lead the delivery of key events to our ANZ network. If you're a natural organiser, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to balance executive-level discretion with creative event execution, this role could be your perfect match.
What You’ll Do:
Executive Support
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and C-Suite, including complex diary, travel and inbox management
Prepare executive correspondence, board packs and reports, and coordinate key internal meetings
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Assist with the development, maintenance and management of projects.
Event Management
Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal and external events such as the LCANZ Annual Conference, Inject Conference, company huddles and franchisee engagement events
Manage all logistics including venues, suppliers, agendas, content, and budgets to ensure events are on brand, on time and engaging
Support the coordination of social and wellness events for the Support Office team
General Office Admin Duties:
Maintaining office cleanliness and organisation
Ad hoc administrative support
Office supply management
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with suppliers and key partners to support business objectives
Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships across teams, departments, and the broader franchise network.
We’d Feel WOW if You Have:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Events Manager, or similar hybrid role
Experience in retail, beauty, healthcare, or franchising environments preferred
Superior communication, organisation, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and proactive problem-solving attitude
High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capabilities
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; design skills a bonus
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, or Events Management are highly regarded
