Group Head of Learning and Capability (6-Month Contract)

Laser Clinics Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Group Head of Learning and Capability for a 6-month contract role based at our North Sydney Support Office. If you're a strategic L&D leader who thrives on delivering results at scale, this is your opportunity to drive impact across a multi-national business and shape the development of future-ready talent.

This role will develop and execute high impact training programs across a multi-national market leading brand. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and will be keenly focused on scoping and delivering foundational L&C programs across the BAU training curriculum, new onboarding programs and new leadership / management training.

 What You’ll Do:

• Lead L&D Plan Across a Multi-National Network
  Partner with the Chief People Officer to enhance the Group’s Learning & Capability plan, aligning our deliverables with the organisation’s goals across the markets we operate in – Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Canada.
• Deliver Best-in-Class Training Solutions
  Oversee the development and launch of learning programs (including new products and treatments), manage blended learning channels, and continuously improve content relevance and engagement through digital and face-to-face learning experiences.
• Drive Engagement and Capability Uplift
  Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the organisation at large, partner with internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance and upskilling across our treatment and services menu.
• Manage High-Impact Teams and Vendors
  Lead and inspire a team of L&C managers, specialists and coordinators. Foster strong relationships with external training providers and industry vendors.
• Champion Learning Innovation
  Oversee the Docebo LMS and digital content plan, ensuring knowledge retention, learning progression, and high user engagement.

We’d Feel WOW if You Have:

• 5–10 years’ experience in Learning & Development leadership roles
• Proven success in designing and delivering L&D programs across multi-site or franchise environments in a multi-national business
• Tertiary qualifications in L&D
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, retail or similar industries is highly desirable
• High-level skills in LMS platforms (such as Docebo), Articulate 360, PowerPoint, and Excel
