Customer Service Specialist

Laser Clinics Group is seeking a proactive and service-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-paced Supply Chain team. Based full-time in our Seven Hills warehouse (5 days a week), this role plays a key part in supporting our Skinstitut customers and clinic teams across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Canada.

You’ll be someone who thrives on building strong relationships, solving problems, and driving continuous improvements. Working closely across departments, you'll help deliver a seamless customer experience while being part of a supportive, high-performing team that values collaboration and results.

What You’ll Do:

Support Our Clinics and Consumers Globally
Manage incoming queries from Skinstitut customers across inboxes and phone channels, ensuring timely and professional resolution that aligns with our service level agreements (SLA).

Deliver Outstanding Customer Support
Assist with the B2B and B2C ordering platforms, troubleshoot payment issues, and work with internal stakeholders to improve our systems and support tools.

Drive Process Improvement
Help maintain data integrity, support automation of the ordering experience, and identify improvement opportunities that enhance our customer interactions.

Contribute to Reporting and Operations
Report on portal metrics and customer insights. Ensure pricing, inventory and customer data is current and accessible, while contributing to accurate supply chain reporting.

Build Strong Relationships with Clinics
Act as a trusted point of contact for our clinic teams. Provide product support, assist with marketing/POS needs, and help

We’d Feel WOW if You Have:

• Experience in customer service, warehousing, or the beauty industry – working within a franchise model is a bonus (but not a deal-breaker!)
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills – you build great relationships across the network
• Tech Savy and comfortable navigating Microsoft Office Suite, Big commerce portal experience is desirable but not essential 
• Naturally organised – you know how to juggle priorities, problem-solve and stay calm under pressure
• A true team player with an agile mindset and a solutions-first attitude – you love pitching in, sharing ideas and working in cross functional teams.
