Learning and Capability Specialist

Part-time, fixed-term contract (6 months), 3 days per week | Based in or near the ACT

We're on the lookout for a Learning and Capability Specialist - ACT, who shares our passion for helping more people feel their version of good. As a Learning and Capability Specialist, you will report directly to the Learning and Capability Manager and collaborate closely with the NSW Training Team.

You will be responsible for delivering LCA’s in-clinic training program to therapists and clinic team members. This role would suit an existing Clinic Manager that wants to step into training or a Senior Therapist that is skilled in all of our treatments.

What you'll do:

• Delivery of classroom training in clinic as per the national training calendar
• Coordination and delivery of in-clinic training and coaching within the assigned region (this region may include interstate and regional visits)
• Ensuring that programs and initiatives are delivered in line with the Learning & Capability Strategy and LCG’s mission and purpose
• Communicating new L&C strategies and programs across the region
• Driving relationships and engagement with internal and external partners

 We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:

• Strong and demonstrated experience within the beauty industry, ideally with a background in managing or owning clinics, or holding senior therapist roles (minimum 5 years preferred)
• Valid driver’s licence is required, with the ability to travel regularly between clinics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced facilitation and coaching abilities
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• People-focused with a strong process-driven approach
• Prior experience in technical training (preferred)
• Current Laser Licence for Hair Reduction, Skin Rejuvenation, Superficial Pigment Reduction, and Capillary Treatments (preferred)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
• Tertiary qualifications in Beauty Therapy, including LSO certification, Infection Control, CoolSculpting (preferred), and Kleresca (preferred)
