Training Coordinator

Laser Clinics Group is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Inject Training Coordinator to join our People and Capability team. Based at our North Sydney Support Office, you’ll play a key role in delivering and coordinating cosmetic aesthetics training across Australia and New Zealand.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate Cosmetic Aesthetics Learning Programs
Plan, schedule, and manage the delivery of training for all Aesthetic Consultant proficiency levels – from beginners to advanced practitioners. This includes workshops, in-clinic sessions, supplier-led programs, and eLearning. You’ll oversee everything from calendar management and trainer coordination to securing consumables, processing invoices, and administering our Learning Management System (Spark).

Support Events & Conferences
Assist in delivering engaging cosmetic aesthetics events, including the annual conference. Coordinate endorsed trainers, supplier sessions, and logistics to ensure an impactful delegate experience.

Manage Supplier & Stakeholder Relationships
Build strong partnerships with endorsed trainers, internal teams, and key suppliers such as Allergan, Galderma, and Teoxane, acting as a trusted advisor for training and capability needs.

Drive Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track and report training metrics and spend, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance training quality, efficiency, and learner engagement.

Champion Process Excellence
Streamline and improve training coordination processes while ensuring compliance with company policies, WHS requirements, and budget guidelines.

We’d Feel WOW if You Have:

• Experience coordinating learning programs or large-scale events in beauty, healthcare, or retail
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across multiple markets
• High-level organisation, planning, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, plus confidence with learning management systems
