About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Beauty Clinic Manager to lead our clinic team and drive performance across customer experience, standards, and results. You’ll be hands-on in clinic while owning the day-to-day leadership and operational execution, coaching and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional outcomes and a premium client experience.

For this role, you will need

• Formal Beauty qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Advanced Diploma of Dermal Therapy/Science)
• 2+ years hands-on experience performing laser and skin treatments (essential)
• Proven leadership experience as a Clinic Manager or Assistant Manager
• Experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela
• Proven leadership ability, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for mentoring others
• Customer Service and Sales Focus: a track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets
• Commitment to Professionalism: demonstrate punctuality, organisation, and maintain an impeccable appearance while ensuring discretion in your work
• Passion for the Beauty Industry: bring a genuine enthusiasm for skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing
• Positive, professional attitude and a team player

• Confidence managing KPIs, clinic standards, and team performance (coaching, feedback, accountability)

What your day-to-day tasks will be

• Drive clinic performance by achieving KPIs, increasing client retention, and delivering upsell strategies
• Own clinic results: revenue, labour %, conversion, retention and client experience
• Manage daily clinic operations including rostering, inventory, consumables, and reporting
• Foster a high-performing team culture aligned with our values
• Provide expert consultations and deliver results-driven treatments with confidence and precision
• Lead, mentor and support therapists and cosmetic nurses
• Build lasting relationships with clients and support their skin health journey
• Lead, coach and develop the team through clear expectations, training and performance conversations
• Own recruitment and onboarding (with owner support), and build a strong team culture
