How You’ll Make an Impact  

• Empower & Drive Success: Partner with the Clinic Manager to inspire and lead the team, achieving sales targets and KPIs. Identify opportunities to boost revenue and clinic performance. 
• Team Development: Support onboarding, training, and coaching to help team members grow their skills and confidence.

• Create Real Transformations: Deliver results-driven aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, peels, masks, and Fractional RF, leaving clients feeling confident and cared for. 
• Uphold Our Values: Foster a workplace culture built on Passion, Care, and Determination, helping your team thrive. 

What You’ll Bring to the Team  

• A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science). 
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training. 
• For WA/QLD: a valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or actively working towards it. 
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive, you will celebrate team wins to foster a positive, motivating workplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy, expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
