We are seeking a Learning and Capability Specialist to join our Support Office team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Queensland, and will play an integral role in  the delivery of LCA's in-clinic training program for our therapists and clinic team members, across Queensland. This role would suit an existing Clinic Manager that wants to step into training or a Senior Therapist that is skilled across all of LCA’s treatments.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Delivery of classroom training in clinic as per the national training calendar 
• Coordination and delivery of in-clinic training and coaching within the assigned region (this region may include interstate and regional visits on a regular and ongoing basis) 
• Ensuring that programs and initiatives are delivered in line with the Learning & Capability Strategy and LCG’s mission and purpose 
• Communicating new Learning and Capability strategies and programs across the region 
• Driving relationships and engagement with internal and external partners 

What You’ll Bring to the Team 

• Must Hold Full unrestricted Laser License for Hair Reduction and Skin Rejuvenation, superficial pigment reduction and Capillary reduction to align with Health Regulations 
• Cert IV in TAE (preferred) 
• Must hold a driving licence, as the role will require frequent travel to regional clinics 
• Previous technical training experience is preferred 
• Previous Beauty Therapy experience is essential (5+ years) 
• Tertiary qualifications in beauty therapy, LSO, maintain Infection control, Coolsculpting (preferred), Kleresca (preferred) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• High level facilitation and coaching skills 
• Planning and organisation skills 
• People and process orientated
