We’re looking for a Clinic Manager to lead our team at Laser Clinics The Base. In this role, you’ll inspire high performance, support your team’s professional growth, and create exceptional client experiences all while building confidence in your own leadership journey.

This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring you to deliver advanced treatments and maintain strong clinical expertise while leading from the front.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Lead with Confidence: Inspire, coach, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs all while delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities, analyse trends, and take action that supports clinic revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily clinic operations, manage rosters, ensure compliance, and maintain high clinical standards.
• Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience: Maintain high service standards and uphold our Customer Value Proposition ensuring clients leave feeling confident and cared for.
• Creating empowering transformations: Provide results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels and Hydrojelly masks.
• Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work alongside passionate professionals who share your love for all things skin, beauty and who are dedicated to helping you grow your skills, build confidence in your treatments, and achieve your career goals.

What You’ll Bring to the Team 

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Beauty level 4 (minimum)
• Previous leadership and team development experience within aesthetics, beauty, or a clinical environment.
• Business acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive results.
• Be punctual, organised, share knowledge, supports others, and leads a positive and motivating workplace. You will celebrate team wins and helps lift others’ confidence along the way.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through expertise and empathy while delivering treatments that achieve confidence boosting real results.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
