We are seeking an Art Director to join our Creative team on a permanent full time onsite basis, based in our Sydney Support Office. In this role, you will lead the visual and creative direction of marketing campaigns and brand content across Laser Clinics Group and Skinstitut. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead the visual and conceptual direction for campaigns across Laser Clinics and Skinstitut, ensuring elevated and consistent creative output.
• Partner with the Creative Director to translate strategic briefs into high-quality visual executions.
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and external creative partners to bring ideas to life from brief through to final delivery.
• Develop compelling creative concepts, mood boards and visual treatments aligned to campaign objectives.
• Art direct photo and video shoots, including talent direction, styling, set design, and overall visual composition.
• Collaborate with and mentor our internal creative team and external creative partners to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns.
• Oversee production quality across brand, promotional, and acquisition content streams.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with our brand DNA and tone of voice.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• 5+ years’ experience in an Art Director or senior creative role, ideally within an agency or in house environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and elevated visual execution across campaigns.
• The ability to translate, safeguard and evolve a brand’s DNA through consistent application of its visual codes.
• Category experience is advantageous — a shared passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin defines our team.
• A sharp visual eye across typography, layout and imagery, with a refined, premium aesthetic.
• The ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives, a competitive retail landscape and production constraints.
• Proven experience art directing photo and video shoots, including talent direction and set design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An unwaveringly positive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to excellence in every output.
  
  
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and ideally Figma.
