We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Support Office team on 12-month Fixed Term contract. Based in our North Sydney Head Office, you will play a critical role in partnering with our ANZ Operations and Category teams to drive performance, provide strategic insights, and support decision-making that delivers sustainable growth and profitability.

As a Finance Business Partner, your work will directly influence operational and category performance across ANZ. Through strong business partnering, financial insight, and commercial guidance, you’ll support our Operations and Category teams to optimise performance, manage costs, and unlock growth opportunities. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Partner closely with ANZ Operations, Marketing and Category teams to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing commercial insights and recommendations to influence decision-making
• Deliver robust financial analysis including and forecasting
• Support budgeting and reforecasting processes across operational and category cost centres
• Monitor key performance drivers including clinic performance, product margins, and cost efficiency
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, margin improvement, and revenue growth
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Support business cases, investment decisions, and category initiatives with financial modelling
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and financial visibility

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role (3+ years) and in a retail or FMCG industries 
• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting operational and/or category functions
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, commercial forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across non-finance teams
• Strong analytical capability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site or retail environment (highly regarded)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on driving efficiency and value
