We are seeking a Head of Procurement to join our Support Office team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in leading and evolving the Group’s procurement strategy, driving value creation, operational efficiency, and risk management across a global, multi-site business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and execute the Group-wide procurement strategy aligned to commercial and operational objectives
• Identify and deliver value creation opportunities, including cost reduction, supplier optimisation, and risk mitigation
• Lead sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations across key spend categories
• Establish and embed best-practice procurement frameworks, policies, and governance standards
• Drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks to enhance supplier performance, accountability, and risk visibility
• Ensure consistent adoption of preferred suppliers and procurement processes across all regions
• Provide commercial insights and procurement analysis to support executive decision-making
• Partner with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and clinical teams to align procurement with business needs
• Monitor procurement KPIs, delivering accurate reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role (5+ years), ideally within a multi-site or corporate environment
• Strong track record in procurement strategy, supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes
• Experience building and implementing procurement frameworks, governance, and compliance systems
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and deliver value creation opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• A hands-on, agile leadership style with a continuous improvement mindset
• Tertiary qualification in business, supply chain, or commerce (CIPS, APICS, CA/CPA highly regarded)
