We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Skinstitut team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Managing Director of Skinstitut, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across NSW through strategic account management, new business acquisition, and maximising performance within our clinic and professional stockist network. 

This is a high-impact commercial role with clear accountability for sales growth, market penetration, and partner performance. We're looking for a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen, proven sales success, and the ability to build influential relationships that deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term growth.

How You'll Make an Impact 

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Skinstitut clinic and professional stockist accounts across your territory.  

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clinic owners, therapists and front-of-house teams.  

• Deliver engaging product education, treatment training and coaching to drive clinic performance and confidence. 

• Support clinics with retailing best practice, treatment protocols and client experience enhancement. 

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive account management and territory planning.  

• Execute promotional activity, new product launches and in-clinic activations that drive engagement and growth. 

• Identify and convert new business opportunities, managing the sales process from prospecting through to onboarding and launch. 

• Maintain strong territory coverage through effective call cycles, pipeline management and account planning. 

• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution and share valuable customer and market insights. 

What You'll Bring to the Team 

• Proven experience achieving sales targets within the skincare, beauty or aesthetics industry.  

• Experience in a field-based sales, account management or business development role. 

• A background working with professional skincare brands and an understanding of the clinic environment.  

• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. 

• Confident presentation, facilitation and training capabilities across both small and large groups. 

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and influence business outcomes. 

• Excellent organisational, communication and territory planning skills. 

• The ability to work autonomously with a proactive, results-driven mindset and strong sense of accountability. 

• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout your territory. 

• A Beauty Therapy qualification or clinical skincare experience will be highly regarded.
