We're looking for a Skincare Sales amd Education Specialist, to lead and manage Independent Clinics, support key third-party accounts, and drive training across the Laser Clinics Group for our skincare brand, Skinstitut.

What you'll do:

• Identify skill gaps in skincare product knowledge through Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Develop training programs and materials in collaboration with the Group Head of Learning & Capability
• Lead "Train the Trainer" events to empower skincare advocates
• Drive engagement with Spark and Skin Learning Lab (LMS)
• Manage independent clinic accounts and support key accounts to drive Skinstitut growth

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:

• Qualifications in Dermal Science/Beauty Therapy or related
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Experience in beauty and skincare training
• Sales KPI reporting and analysis
• Beauty/aesthetics category experience
• Franchising/retail experience
• Knowledge of advanced beauty treatments/skincare
• Excellent stakeholder management
