As our Clinic Concierge, you will be the face and ambassador of our brand, offering a world-class customer experience from the moment clients walk through our doors to the time they leave by:  

• Welcome Clients with a Smile: Create an inviting atmosphere for all clients as they enter our clinic, ensuring they receive outstanding support and care throughout their visit. 
• Uphold Pristine Standards: Maintain immaculate clinic cleanliness and organisation to the highest standard. 
• Promote Sales and Rebooking: Meet and exceed KPIs for product sales and client rebooking. 
• Guide and Educate Clients: Offer pre- and post-care advice and recommend suitable skincare products.
