In-House Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a talented In-House Graphic Designer to elevate the brand experience for Laser Clinics. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role is pivotal in crafting innovative designs and delivering impactful visuals across print and digital touchpoints. Working closely with the Creative and Content Teams, you will ensure the brand’s aesthetic resonates globally. What You’ll Do

Create and Execute Bold Designs:

• Conceptualize and execute 360° campaigns, bringing creative ideas to life.
• Develop brand collateral, packaging, and print materials for retail and clinic environments.
• Design experiential materials that enhance customer interactions with the brand.

Maintain Brand Excellence:

• Uphold and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity.
• Produce high-quality artwork, ready for print and digital execution.
• Deliver exceptional visuals across both domestic and international markets.

Collaborate and Innovate:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to the table.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep the brand’s aesthetic fresh and compelling.
• Present work to stakeholders with confidence, incorporating feedback effectively.

We’d Feel WOW if You Have:

• Education & Experience:
• B.A. or B.F.A. in Graphic Design or equivalent is desirable
• Demonstrated relevant experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Skills:
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design intuition with skills in typography and composition.
• Proficiency in print production processes and artwork setup.
• Mindset:
• A proactive approach to managing projects and deadlines.
• The ability to collaborate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
