What You’ll Do

Ensure Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay updated with health department regulations (AHPRA, TGA).
  • Escalate significant changes to key stakeholders and liaise with government bodies as required.

Drive New Product Development:

  • Collaborate with Category Leads to ensure clinical focus and compliance in new product submissions.
  • Align training materials and protocols with group-wide clinical policies.

Enhance Clinical Policies and Liaison:

  • Update and refine medical protocols in partnership with the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC).
  • Coordinate MAC meetings, ensuring actions and outcomes are well-documented.

Oversee Telehealth and Clinical Audits:

  • Manage monthly telehealth team rosters and ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Conduct quarterly clinical audits to maintain adherence to standards.

Lead Training and Assessments:

  • Facilitate quarterly emergency protocols training webinars for the network.
  • Assess nurse competencies and document outcomes.

Manage Adverse Events and Recruitment Support:

  • Participate in AE Safety Steering Committee meetings, providing clinical advice as needed.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team by conducting interviews and skills assessments.

Emergency Call Management:

  • Oversee the emergency phone line during assigned hours, ensuring professional response to adverse event calls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Nursing degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration.

Experience:

  • Experience in Clinical Nursing / Cosmetic Aesthetics industry is essential.
  • Previous experience in a corporate setting Is essential
  • Proven track record in cross-functional team collaboration.

Skills:

  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (essential)
