What You'll Do 

• Lead with Impact – Motivate and mentor your team to reach their full potential, smash KPIs, and feel empowered every step of the way.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage. 
• Create Unforgettable Client Experiences – Deliver WOW-worthy service that keeps clients raving and coming back for more!
• Business Growth: Drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition. 

 
We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have: 

• A formal Level 4 Beauty qualification (or equivalent).
  Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment (preferred).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Business savvy with a passion for the beauty industry.
• A customer-first mindset, always focused on results.
