Human Resources Generalist (Coordinator)

Laser Clinics Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Generalist (Coordinator) to join our dynamic team in North Sydney, NSW. As a HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing organisation and contributing to our positive workplace culture. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside our brilliant People (HR) team and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.

Your new role will entail:

• Providing comprehensive HR support and advice to our franchise network and corporate team
• Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Assist with employee relations and performance management processes
• In partnership with payroll partners, coordinate the support office payroll from end to end  
• Coordinate and maintain the time and attendance system, along with in-country payroll systems  
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Collaborate with the People team to enhance the overall employee experience

We’d Feel WOW if You Have:

• Demonstrated experience in a HR generalist or coordinator role, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Relationship management skills to support, coach and influence stakeholders  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Proficiency in HR systems and technologies, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement
• A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (preferred)
