We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to define and amplify the voice of Laser Clinics and Skinstitut. If you live and breathe content creation, this is your opportunity to conceptualise, film, edit, and post short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. You’ll manage our content calendar, jump on trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive digital storytelling that aligns with our brand objectives.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Strategy:

• Develop and execute engaging video content for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Deliver at least 14 final assets per week to maintain a consistent content stream.
• Create on-brand visuals and compelling storytelling to captivate audiences and enhance brand positioning.
• Maintain a fast turnaround time to capitalise on viral trends.
• Produce content aligned with paid media strategies, including editing and optimising videos for Spark Ads and performance marketing.

Calendar Planning & Strategy:

• Work within a global social media strategy and channel plan.
• Adapt strategy throughout the year to align with business objectives.
• Plan and manage content calendars across both brands and multiple markets.
• Write engaging copy for social content.
• Align content with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
• Lead weekly brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas.
• Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content at events, product launches, and photoshoots with a next-day turnaround.
• Maintain a three-week advanced content plan.

Influencer Outreach & UGC Generation:

• Proactively identify and engage influencers and brand advocates to generate organic content.
• Foster relationships with micro and macro influencers to encourage user-generated content (UGC).
• Support influencer collaborations by providing creative direction and ensuring brand alignment.
• Monitor influencer trends and emerging creators to integrate fresh voices into our social presence.

Content Scheduling:

• Manage and schedule social media content across all platforms for Laser Clinics and Skinstitut.
• Maintain an organised workflow, ensuring posts are approved and published on time.
• Use scheduling tools to optimise posting times and streamline content distribution.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation:

• Track and analyse key social media metrics to evaluate content performance and engagement trends.
• Provide regular reports on audience insights, campaign success, and areas for improvement.
• Test and implement new creative tools like GMV Max for TikTok Shop Ads.
• Apply insights to future content creation and strategy for continuous improvement.

Community Management Support:

• Occasionally monitor social media comments and messages to ensure timely responses.
• Flag potential issues, trending topics, or FAQs to the broader marketing team.
• Support engagement efforts by interacting with followers and fostering brand-appropriate conversations.

We’d Feel WOW if You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in content creation and video-first social media.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent).
• A proven track record of trend-driven content and virality.
• Comfortable being on camera.
• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion is essential.
• Highly organised, with fast turnaround and solid project management skills.
