Laser Clinics Group is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist (on a 12-Month Contract) to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role where you’ll play a key role in supporting both our clients and clinic teams across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Canada.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and clinics, providing exceptional service across phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Support clients with their journey by managing appointments, handling queries, and offering treatment advice tailored to their needs.
  • Educate and consult with clients on pre- and post-care, skincare products, and treatment options.
  • Drive client engagement by upselling and cross-selling products, promotions, pre-payment options, and event invitations.
  • Ensure smooth clinic operations by managing appointment schedules, rescheduling when needed, and addressing escalations professionally.
  • Handle administration including accurate record keeping, responding to feedback, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support process improvements by maintaining data accuracy and contributing to efficient systems that enhance customer experience.

We’d be WOWed if you have:

  • Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (essential) – aesthetics or beauty industry experience highly regarded.
  • Qualifications in customer service, sales, or administration (e.g. Cert III in Retail/Administration) are a plus.
  • A proven ability to deliver outstanding, tailored service to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re professional, friendly, and consultative.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • A customer-first, solutions-oriented mindset with an eye for continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays if required.
  • Tech-savviness – confident using Microsoft Office, booking systems, and willing to learn new platforms.
