We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join our Support Office team on a full time, permanent basis.

Based in our North Sydney Head office, you will play an integral role in driving financial performance across the ANZ region, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver strategic insights, and supporting commercial decision-making to achieve business objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Partner closely with Franchising, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive commercial performance and support strategic initiatives
• Deliver robust financial analysis including P&L performance, cash flow forecasting, and clinic-level business reviews
• Lead financial modelling for lease renewals and capital investment decisions
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Provide commercially sound recommendations to inform decision-making at both clinic and regional levels
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, efficiency improvements, and margin enhancement
• Communicate financial insights effectively to non-finance stakeholders, influencing outcomes across the business

What You’ll Bring to the Team 

• Proven experience in a Commercial Finance Manager role (5+ years)
• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in P&L and balance sheet analysis
• Advanced capability in cash flow management and financial modelling
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of agility
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on process optimisation and efficiency
• Strong analytical thinking with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the business
