We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our Creative team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will play a key role in shaping the creative vision, elevating the quality of our brand expression and driving excellence across every customer touchpoint.

This is a senior creative role responsible for translating strategic objectives into compelling, high-impact design solutions. Working closely with the Creative Director, Art Directors and the wider marketing team, you will influence campaign direction, champion exceptional creative standards and define how the Laser Clinics brand shows up in market.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Own the creative delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, paid media, web, print, in-clinic and out-of-home channels, ensuring work is strategically aligned and executed to the highest standard.
• Translate business and marketing strategy into distinctive, commercially impactful creative that strengthens brand recognition and drives customer engagement.
• Lead the development and refinement of campaign concepts, hero creative, visual identities and design systems that elevate the Laser Clinics brand.
• Set the standard for creative craft and execution, producing exceptional design work while ensuring consistency, quality and attention to detail across all outputs.
• Act as a creative partner and trusted advisor to the Creative Directors and broader marketing team, contributing strategic thinking and challenging ideas to achieve stronger outcomes.
• Provide creative guidance and mentorship to support the development of the wider creative team and continuously raise the standard of work.
• Champion brand consistency across every customer touchpoint while identifying opportunities to evolve and enhance the Laser Clinics visual identity.
• Solve complex creative challenges with originality, commercial awareness and a deep understanding of customer behaviour and visual storytelling.
• Drive innovation in design thinking and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Laser Clinics brand through creative excellence.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• A qualification in Digital Design, Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
• Extensive experience in graphic and digital design within an in-house creative team or agency environment, with a proven track record delivering high-quality, multi-channel campaigns.
• Expert proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, conceptual thinking and the ability to deliver sophisticated creative solutions
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding and visual storytelling principles.
• Proven ability to interpret strategic objectives and transform them into compelling creative outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to provide creative guidance, mentor others and elevate the quality of team output.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, navigate complexity and deliver exceptional work within deadlines.
