We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Designer to join our Creative team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Whether you're a recent design graduate or have up to a year of experience, this is an exciting opportunity to launch your creative career with one of Australia's leading consumer brands. Reporting to the Creative Director and working alongside experienced Art Directors and Designers, you'll receive hands-on mentorship while building your technical skills and creative confidence across a wide variety of projects.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Assisting in creating engaging creative assets across digital, social media, CRM, print and in-clinic marketing.
• Adapting campaign creative into different formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Supporting the design of product launches, packaging, point-of-sale materials and promotional collateral.
• Preparing artwork and production-ready files for print and digital channels.
• Applying our brand guidelines consistently across every customer touchpoint.
• Working closely with designers, marketers and stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
• Managing multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Learning from feedback and continuously developing your technical and creative skills.

What You'll Bring to the Team

We're looking for someone with a passion for design and a willingness to learn. You'll ideally have:

• A qualification (or be completing one) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals, creativity and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A keen eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• A positive attitude, curiosity and eagerness to grow.
• The confidence to ask questions, take on feedback and collaborate with others.
• Previous internship, freelance or junior design experience is advantageous but not essential.
