We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Skinstitut team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play an integral role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and new product development initiatives that help drive the continued growth of the Skinstitut brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience across both marketing and product development within a fast-paced, high-growth skincare business. You'll collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to exciting launches and play a key role in bringing new ideas to market.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activity across the Skinstitut brand.
• Coordinate campaign assets across digital, social, eCommerce and retail channels.
• Assist with briefing creative teams and external partners to develop content including imagery, video and copy.
• Help manage content calendars and support the delivery of email marketing activity.
• Support new product development projects from concept through to launch, helping ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate packaging and artwork development, managing briefs, feedback and approval processes.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support innovation and product development decisions.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers and documentation while proactively identifying risks or delays.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.
• Assist with presentations, launch decks, reporting, budget tracking and general marketing administration.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, product or coordination role, ideally within beauty, skincare or FMCG.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to project management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work across multiple teams.
• An interest in beauty, skincare, wellness and emerging consumer trends.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, product launches or new product development initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with project trackers, presentations and reporting tools.
• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn and grow your career.
