The Position:

LCNZ Takapuna is due to open in March 2019 and we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Clinic Manager to lead the team to success!

As an experienced Clinic Manager, you will provide inspirational leadership to a team of therapists, working towards meeting and exceeding targets whilst ensuring superior customer service standards. You are as passionate about beauty as we are and will provide hands on treatments as well as management responsibilities.

Skills & Experience:

• National Beauty Certificate or equivalent desirable
• Demonstrated experience as a successful Clinic Manager looking to take the next step in their career
• Dynamic management, leadership and coaching skills to lead a small team to success
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive culture
• Skin Type Identification Training ideal
• 12 Months experience using lasers within a beauty environment
• Superior customer service and selling skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
