The Position:

As an experienced full-time Clinic Manager, who can engage with the bigger business strategy, represent the brand and implement a structured program with the team. You must have a good track record of leading a technical sales team. You must demonstrate organisation ability and have a structured approach towards a busy clinic. 

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a successful Clinic Manager with tertiary qualifications in Beauty Therapy
• Dynamic management, leadership and coaching skills to lead a small team to success
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive culture
• Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience is desirable
• Operational requirements such as rostering and day to day management of the clinic
