Experienced Therapist

As an experienced Laser Skin Therapist with LCA Wetherill Park, you will help clients see their potential and make it a reality through the provision of a variety of cosmetic services including laser hair removal and skin treatments, skin needling, medical grade peels and microdermabrasion.

Skills & Experience:

You are as passionate about beauty as we are, you believe in the industry and will promote our services and pride yourself on making our customers feel great.  In addition you will;

• Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• Superior customer service and selling skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Technical skills in skin assessments and treatments, working towards advanced skin treatments
• A laser safety officer certificate is desirable but not essential.
• Dynamic and passionate beauty therapist with experience in a similar clinical environment

Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will empower every client to live the Youness mantra - it’s your looks, it’s your choice. You will provide expert hands on treatments to clients and assist in the management responsibilities as the second in charge including but not limited to;

• Coaching employees to success in sales and the LCA Way
• Training staff in best practise 
• Developing and fostering a positive, high performance culture
• Assisting in clinic operations such as rostering, banking, end of day procedures

Skills & Experience:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy is essential
• At least 2-3 years' experience in the beauty industry is preferred but not essential
• Superior customer service and selling skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Management experience highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive culture
• Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience is desirable
• Operational requirements such as rostering and day to day management of the clinic
