The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking to appoint a Team Administrator to provide support to our busy Cosmetic Injectables, Human Resources and Finance teams. As the successful candidate, you are a seasoned coordinator, who enjoys a busy role that offers variety amongst a fabulous team environment located close to transport at St Leonards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • New account set ups
  • Audit and compliance administration
  • Liaising with LCA Franchisees
  • Contract and onboarding administration
  • Assisting with various HR projects
  • General administration tasks

About You

As the successful candidate you have:

  • Proven administration experience in an office environment
  • A strong interest/experience in the Health & Beauty industry
  • Well-developed multi-tasking and time management skills 
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills
  • Proven success working collaboratively as part of a team and ability to work autonomously
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft Office
