The Role – Network Growth Coordinator

Due to the continued success of our growing network, we’re seeking a Network Growth Coordinator to support the team manage both Australia and New Zealand clinic growth plans, property management and the overall franchise system.

This is an exciting opportunity that will require a high level of attention to detail, strong administration skills and the ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Network Growth, you will also be responsible for the following;

  • Leasing administration including insurance and lease documentation management
  • Ensuring franchisee training support is coordinated effectively
  • Coordinating Franchise Agreement document management and tracking
  • Setting up new clinic accounts including banking and payments
  • Ad hoc reporting as required

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-2 years administration experience
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Highly developed time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with various individuals and groups
  • Proven success working collaboratively as part of a team and ability to work autonomously
  • Intermediate to advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Power and Excel)
  • Ability to show initiative by looking to improve systems and processes
