Laser Clinics Australia (LCA) is the industry leader in non-invasive aesthetic treatments, such as Laser Hair Removal, Cosmetic Injections and Skin Treatments. Our business was recently acquired by one of the world’s largest Private Equity firms (KKR) who have invested to support the next phase of LCA’s growth journey. We expect to significantly increase our presence both domestically and offshore over the next 3-5 years.

We have a new opportunity for a part-time Customer Care Executive. The hours and days you work are flexible.
Role/ Responsibilities:
• Social media community management including responding to post comments and private messages on Facebook, Instagram, Trust Pilot and Product Review
• Delegating and escalating customer enquiries to relevant teams, including clinic owners or managers
• Sourcing product advice from training and operations as required
• Establish processes for this area of the business and evolve as business evolves
• Monthly summary of subject areas and numbers
• Develop, expand and maintain cooperative relationships within the team and throughout the organisation and franchisees
Your Background/ Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to maintain calm under pressure
• Efficiency and organizational skills
• An interest in the beauty, health and cosmetics industry would be an advantage
