Your Role:

• Coach employees to excel in sales and the LCA Way
• Cultivate a positive, high-performance culture
• Become an expert in skin, LED, laser, and Skinstitut
• Enhance teams specialist product knowledge
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist with clinic operations like rostering, banking, and end-of-day procedures

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy)
• Proven experience as a successful therapist
• Exceptional customer service and selling skills, focused on achieving sales targets
• Management experience is highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills to foster a positive team culture
• Desirable: Advanced experience in laser and skin treatments
