The Inject Coordinator will work closely with the Group Inject Capability Manager and functional leads to implement new initiatives or programs across the network of 140 clinics.

This is a maternity leave cover role for 12 months, fixed term contract.

As the Inject Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Internal Communications - Lead and manage daily, weekly and monthly communications to support Franchisees and Cosmetic Injectors across our network of 140 clinics in AUS
  • Injector Training Events - Responsible for the coordination of Cosmetic Injector training across NSW, QLD & VIC on a monthly basis, workshops and events including event planning, budget control and presentation of content
  • Project Implementation Support - Take the communications lead for new initiatives being rolled-out across the ANZ network and devise communications plan to support implementation
  • Franchisee & Cosmetic Injector Engagement – Execute opportunities to support the Senior management & field team in improving Franchisee and Cosmetic Injector engagement with annual surveys, communications, projects and events as required with direction Group Inject Capability Manager
  • Telehealth Engagement – Roster management, compliance and monthly audit support, billing, and support activities

 

About you

  • Experience working in the beauty/retail industry highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience leading communication within an organisation
  • Proven experience creating and executing events
  • Experience working in a healthcare or clinic setting highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise and troubleshoot
  • Strong reporting and presentation building skills
  • Ability to build sustainable, positive relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent computer skills; Outlook suite, clinic booking software, travel booking website, learning management system
  • Attention to detail, initiative and drive
