Regional Manager – Corporate

We're on the lookout for a Regional Manager who is people focused and shares our passion for helping more people feel their version of good. As a Regional Manager, you will be predominantly on-road, responsible for leading the performance and operations of the nominated portfolio of one of our corporate clinic regions.

What you'll do:

  • Clinic revenue and profitability: develop and execute strategies and plans to improve sales, increase productivity and margin performance across the region that delivers improved sales and clinic profitability.
  • Customer experience: lead clinic policy and procedure to enable Clinic Managers to operate clinics in an effective and compliant manner. Identify learning and capability opportunities for improved delivery of the Laser Clinics Experience (LCX), improved cross-sell and upsell across all treatment categories with a view to exceeding our client’s expectations.
  • Leadership and management of the team: lead, coach and manage clinic team members, with a focus on driving performance, profitability, and compliance.

Success will be measured by:

  • Consistent like for like cash sales and earned revenue growth from the region
  • Improved clinic profitability (EBITDA) year on year
  • Superior customer experience measured by NPS score
  • Labour productivity and utilisation above benchmark
  • Recruitment and retention of talent 

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business is highly regarded
  • Multi-site, people focused management experience in a sales driven role is essential (must have held a Regional/Area Manager position within retail, beauty, cosmetics or healthcare industries)
  • Demonstrable ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is key, influencing and leading cross functional teams
  • Must have a demonstrated commercial mindset, with a proven track record of delivering oustanding outcomes and business performance
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to balance sheets and P&L statements
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • A strong ability to operate in a high pressure environment
